The Bruschetta slice has to be toasted from both sides in a special oven which has a heating element upper and lower side. An oven with static heat is not recommendable (the bread dries up quickly)
After the toasted slice has cooled down you apply a half garlic clove by rubbing it onto the slice. With a simple brush you coat olive oil on and spread the thick tomato sauce on top covering the complete surface of the slice. Be aware to not let suck in too much of the sauce. Apply approximately 50g of grinded cheese. Now you apply all the varieties of toppings as you wish. In the end don't forget the seasoning with the Bruschetta herbs.
Put it in the oven with approx. 220 degrees and bake it depending on the oven between 3 and 7 minutes. Important are a golden browning, a crunchy crust and the completely gratinated cheese. Divide it into small pieces and serve it hot, preferably on wooden dishes (condensed water on porcelain!)
Buon Appetito!
